BIDING INSTRUCTIONS

• IMPORTANT. Submit bid: estimate your offer in INR per Metric Tonnes (INR/MT)
• Price to quote is basis all applicable taxes and other levies are extra.
• Sale shall be made on "as is where is basis" and " no complaint
• The winning bidder of the auction agrees to accept the amount communicated by Gestamp
• After approval of lot highest bidder has to pay a security deposit of RS. 100 LAKH in the account of Gestamp. Within 3 days after the auction results, which would be refunded after successfully completion of the contract of press scrap.

INPECTION OF MATERIAL

• Till November 27, 2024 INSPECTION OF MATERIAL: Monday to Friday (Time 14:00 h. to 17:00 h. To reserve, send email to: molaso@gestamp.com or cimaz@gestamp.com

SCRAP QUANTITY

• Final volume according to the production schedule. Gestamp reserves the right to award a volume of material that may vary from 50% to 100% of the volume offered.

LIFTING OF MATERIAL

• The time is the essence of the contract and the successful tenderer (s) should start lifting the material with immediate effect on award of contract after depositing the cost of the material as per the Contract.
• Delivery of the material: 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF APPROVAL.
