This individual lot is included in the auction of a single combined lot that includes all the assets of this event.

The award of the combined lot or individual lots depends on the final auction price. If the combined lot gets a higher maximum bid, the combined lot will be awarded. If the sum of the final prices of the individual lots is greater than that obtained in the combined lot, the individual lots will be awarded.

The award will be provisional until all the lots that make up this event are completed, both the individual lots and the combined lot that will be the last lot to finish.

The combined lot will update its reserve price automatically. The reserve price will be the value obtained by the sum of the individual lots that compose it.

This lot is sold in the name and on behalf of the Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs. If the Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs is not a taxable person for VAT purposes, NO INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED AND VAT WILL  NOT BE CHARGED on the transfer of this lot. 

The successful bidder of the lot will be issued a payment order including these concepts, which once paid, will remain as proof of the transaction. An invoice will only be issued for the commission and the corresponding applicable VAT.

This lot has management costs, so the successful bidder assumes and understands this cost. These costs will also have their corresponding VAT added.
